What regions are covered?

Any country with reported suspicious drone/balloon sightings or airspace/border violations, which have the possibility of Russia being behind the incident, except Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Moldova.

What counts as an incident?

Any credible report of a drone/balloon sighting, jet incursion, or border crossing is treated as an incident and will be added to the map and calendar. If two sightings happen within a short span of time at the same location, it is counted as a single incident.
Only incidents since September 2025 are included in this project.

Why is this incident not shown?

I either haven't seen a report about the incident yet or there is no credible source for that. As soon as I find a credible source, I am adding an incident to this website. Incidents that turned out not to be caused by a state actor or a confirmed false alarm (like the sightings at the Ørland air base or Sleipner Oil platform) will be removed from the map and calendar.
When an incident is reported to be by "small hobby drones" or similar descriptions, I do not add those incidents to this project as it is most likely not a Russian drone.
